These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the PCC SMS Program.
Program Description
The PCC SMS Program sends recurring automated text messages about your request for services and, if you become a client, counseling, appointments, enrollment, authentication, account activity, and program updates. We send only the categories of messages described when you opt in.
Consent and Eligibility
By providing a mobile number and opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of that number and give your express consent for PCC to send the SMS Program messages described above. Your consent is specific to this program and is not transferred to another party.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency: Message frequency varies. Frequency depends on your request, appointments, and account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for information about your messaging plan.
Opt-Out and Help
STOP: Reply STOP to opt out at any time. After you send STOP, you may receive one final message confirming your request, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
We do not sell or rent mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
